Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.
MissionThe successful candidate will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for delivering services to customers effectively and on time while ensuring equipment testing and maintenance comply with company policies.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with colleagues to assist with troubleshooting of equipment and technical problems;
- Develop strong client relationships by driving value-added service delivery;
- Manage spare parts delivery;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Provide customers with guidance on equipment usage, including safety procedures;
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry developments;
- Provide clear customer feedback;
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
