Autonomy Technology Specialist

This role is responsible for assisting customers with complex technical issues related to autonomy and defense products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of software expertise, domain knowledge, and execution-driven mindset.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Interface with internal teams to provide support and guidance on autonomy stack development and tooling.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to manage daily/weekly/monthly interactions and track project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-facing relations by balancing project requirements and progress of internal stack development.
- Organize customer technical requirements, set up and participate in technical meetings, and track project milestones.
- Develop new business opportunities and lead capture activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in autonomy technology development, including off-road self-driving, multi-modality sensor fusion, unmanned surface vehicles, and aerial drones.
- Extensive background in defense technologies and projects rooted in autonomy.
- Strong project management skills with prior experience managing state-of-the-art technology components and open-ended design goals.
Nice to Have:
- Deep expertise in computer vision, lidar, and radar signal processing.
- Quadcopter (drone) hardware and software.
- Deep learning and deep reinforcement learning.
