About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and implement research projects, collect and analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
- Conduct research and analysis on gender equality and women's empowerment
- Design and implement research projects, including developing survey instruments and collecting data
- Analyze data using statistical software packages such as Stata and R
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for policymakers and practitioners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in research and data analysis, preferably in the development sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong knowledge of statistical software packages such as Stata and R
