Lingora, a South Korea-based education company, is proud to provide high-quality audio and video English lessons to motivated students, including employees of major Korean corporations such as Hanwha and Samsung.We're expanding our team and are actively looking for passionate and professional English tutors from Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Ireland who are excited to make a difference — one lesson at a time.About the RoleAs a Lingora Tutor, you'll play a key role in supporting adult learners, helping them build confidence and fluency in English for both professional and personal development. Our students rely on you not just for language instruction, but for encouragement and connection.We offer appointment-based video classes, and we're currently hiring tutors who are available to teach weekday mornings/evenings (Korean Standard Time) and weekends.What We're Looking ForWe value instructors who are:Passionate about education and cross-cultural communicationReliable and organized, with a positive and engaging teaching styleAble to build meaningful relationships with learners and tailor their approach to student needsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging one-on-one video lessonsUse creative teaching methods to promote conversation and language confidenceSupport and motivate students throughout their learning journeyQualificationsBachelor's Degree (required)TEFL Level 5 Certification (168 hours or equivalent)Preferred: 2+ years of teaching experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with online teaching tools and strategiesJob DetailsEmployment Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, based on your availability)Location: Remote (work from anywhere in CA, US, UK, NZ, AU, or IR)Earnings & IncentivesEarn up to $34.5 USD per hour—or even moreBase rate: $12-17 per hourPlus performance incentives: up to $17/hr extra—or moreExtra incentives available:Appointment lessons incentive: +$1.50/hrVideo class incentive: +$2/hrEnrollee incentive: +$2 per enrolleeIf you're excited about helping learners grow, thrive in online teaching and are ready to be part of a global team, we'd love to hear from youEmployment Type: Part-TimeSalary: $ 12.00 17.00 Per Hour
