School Type: Private 1 on 1 English institute for adults
Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul
Starting Date: May 2024Teaching Age Group: Adults & Juniors (various levels. 95% adults, 5% juniors), one to one English conversational classes, business English, topics, job interview, etc
Working Hours: 1) Split full time(7am - 11am, & 5:30pm - 9:30pm) / Mon-Fri, Sat
2) Block shift(7am - 4 pm or 12pm to 9 pm) / Mon-Fri, Sat** must work 2 Saturdays per month 9am - 5pm
Salary: 2.3 mil won - 2.4 mil won (base salary) Bonuses:
100,000 won for split full time workers -> 200,000 won after working 7 months
150,000 won / day for working Saturdays(expected to work 2 Saturdays a month)
Incentive: 50,000 won ~ 650,000 won if you are booked 60% or above of your schedule.
Vacation: Granted on the 11th (granted on the 15th in the second year) + National holidays
Housing: * 500,000 won housing provided if you have a residence
* Officetel support nearby if you do not have a place of residence (additional expenses excluding 500,000 won subsidy will be deducted from your monthly salary)
* Administrative expenses
Benefits(for split full timers and block shifters): Housing Allowance of 500,000 won/month, National pension (50/50), Medical insurance (50/50), Severance pay, Personal Office provided
RequirementsBe native English Speaker
Bachelor's degree in native English speaking countries preferred (Business related majors preferred)
English teaching experience in Korea preferred
