Client Relations Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To provide a consistently high level of service to a customer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Korea). Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service requests. Monitor and respond to all daily email inquiries. Notify all delay/holiday/strike notifications to the client in a timely manner. Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner. Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity. Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Canada). Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service requests. Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner. Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity. Maintaining of both Domestic and International pending pod reports. Ensuring all key milestones are updated in Maestro in a timely manner. Follow up and management of all missing or delayed shipments with the client. Tracking of all non-branch-controlled accounts with the client transiting through our region. Ensuring all activity destined to client the following morning is pre-alerted to them each evening.Requirements:
over Bachelor's Degree 5 year logistics experience 5 year customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:
