Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Busan Office

Main Work Tasks:

Overall warranty claims handling & coordination activities for KC700

Properly registering warranty claims in dynamics 365Development of individual skill and competenceAppropriate and timely technical assistance and support to internal & external customersCollaborating with colleagues and fostering interpersonal relationshipsEstablishing a collaborative relationship with other teams to ensure mutual supportSharing findings, experience, information to enhance product qualityPerform remote (Bomgar) & onboard support as neededService onboard if requiredAnalysing critical and repetitive warranty issues by category & priorityParticipate in global warranty meetingTechnical support for service teamOther duties as assigned

Qualification:

Experience and competence in K-Chief 700 products & applications

Experience in gas system or FGSSReady and motivated for worldwide support activitiesFluent in spoken and written EnglishGood time management skillsAbility to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environmentGood cooperative skills & communication skillsService minded and customer focused
