Facultative is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Seoul Office
AVP - Junior Broker - Fac Korea
What can you expect:
Support senior brokers in all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business including the marketing and solicitation of accounts and the preparation / presentation of research, financial analysis, placements and formal documentation execution.
We will count on you to:
Provide solid support in business development and revenue generation for the Korean facultative business
Support in developing client and market relationships
Develop and present new/renewal/prospective presentation to clients and reinsurers
Support the best broking practice, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission and execution etc
Work with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure a full quality process of the business
Make sure the business operations and documentation are conducted according to compliance and professional standard
Liaise with GC global network in obtaining expertise and support
What you need to have:
University graduate Over 2 years in insurance / reinsurance industry Fac experience and marketsWhat makes you stand out?
Proficient in English and Korean, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to work with colleagues effectively at all levels, must be a good team player
