DuPont Cheonan Internship Program
DuPont's Cheonan Internship Program is looking for top talent that can catalyze positive changes and advancements in various industries and everyday life.As a participant in the DuPont Cheonan Internship Program, you will undergo a series of immersive 4 months assignment in Operations & Engineering. These assignment will be combined with formal education, as well as opportunities for networking, mentoring, and exposure to the various business within the company.
In this program, you will be responsible for implementing engineering best practices, analyzing and improving processes, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to take on varied roles such as Manufacturing Technical / Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Automation & Process Control, Leveraged Engineering, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management.
Requirements:
Expected to graduate with a Bachelor’sdegree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or other related fields in
Legal right to work in S. Korea withoutany employmentrestrictions or need for further visa sponsorship
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities(taking initiative, agility, adaptability, influence management)
Training and experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety.
Korean & English Communication
Monthly at least KRW 3.5million is paid, a long with meals, transportation allowance and welfare points, offering the same benefits program as regular employees.
