Requirements
Some of the things we’d like you to do
· Establish On-Page and Off-Page SEO Strategies for increasing organic traffic
· Identify SEO improvement plan through audits of Google SERP competitors
· Implement On-page SEO guide based on the latest SEO search trends
· Plan KPI and PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) operational processes for measuring SEO performance
· Find customer search intents through search data analysis and provide a guide to creating SEO friendly content
· Manage workflow of organic search related tasks for clients and have detailed knowledge of the status of client roadmaps and requirements
· Ensure strong project management and delivery against deadlines
· Identify technical issues (duplication, de-indexation, broken hreflang, etc) and provide relevant recommendations
· Monitor, report and improve on organic performance to proactively aid ongoing strategy
· Work with other members of the Organic Performance team to develop knowledge and understanding of Organic Search, CRO, Content Marketing, etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
· + 3 year of experience doing SEO in a digital media agency
· Fluent Korean & English speaking are required
· Experience with audience research and SEO tools (Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Searchmetrics, etc.)
· Understanding of paid media (i.e. PPC/Social/Display) or In-house marketer work experience is preferred but not essential
· Organisational and time management skills and the ability to priorities work
· Clear verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
· Willingness to keep up to date with Google’s algorithm changes
· Curious and always looking to learn more.
· Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals
