Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of the facility's HVAC systems, utility supplies, and other maintenance services.
- Develop, implement and support corrective & preventive maintenance programs to ensure continuous facility operation.
- Develop construction schedules, perform field inspections, marshal equipment/materials, and ensure construction safety.
- Review and support project designs and facilities service proposals while verifying EH&S requirements are met.
- Support value engineering and cost-cutting proposals set forth by contractors.
- Provide technical review and reconfiguration support for R&D clients (specialized design for electrical & mechanical reconfiguration).
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, Engineering or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or site facilities management.
- Technical comprehension and experience with vendor management skills are a plus.
- Good Communication in Korean and English
