Job Description
A SSIGNMENT
E Commerce Specialists are responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new strategies based on the review of NPS, business analytics and etc. / together with, supporting OMNI SALES Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
E commerce
• Know the market through continuous analysis of sales kpis and competitors and their customer offer.
• Bring creative ideas to the table every day, to find better ways of accomplishing our customer objectives by analyzing data.
• Responsible for determining the design/format and function/features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. They will liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed. ( HD / SWE )
• Responsible to lead pojects/initiatives/ yearly strategic development plan such as UI/UX implementation, Channel expansion, with internal and global related teams as well as external partners.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Manage timelines and identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and cross-functional alignment
• Secure product enrichment process on daily basis and communicate with relevant departments to make sure all products are enriched on time with right information
• Ensure product descriptions, digital contents to be properly translated according to the brand’s tone of voice.
Leadership
Take a leading role in a cross-functional (sales/brand/IT/BT/logistics/customer service/external) context to improve customer satisfaction & drive sales, partnering and building relationships
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant technical experience supporting eCommerce (front/back end) operations
• Experience working on-site optimization and enhancements
• Experience in official brand site as well as marketplace expansion & operation ( Kakao giftshop, Naver Shopping) would be required
• An understanding of business levers which impact Ecommerce commercial success, conversion rate, traffic, average order value and how to positively impact each of these
•Positive attitude, team player, Open minded, Being flexible
•Experience with major analytics platforms (GA4 and etc) would be preferred
•Degree in IT would be preferred but not mandatory
•Native Korean speaking, Proficient verbal and written English skills.
