Store Manager

  • Maximize selling/profit through excellent planning, and enhance strong salesmanship of staff
  • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
  • Analyzing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance
  • Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Leading on recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out
  • Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
  • Lead and grow your Management Team to grow the business, guiding through the whole employee life cycle (recruitment, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits)
  • Overseeing and organizing store operations efficiently
  • Evaluate service results and develop actions to increase the service experience
  • Creating a healthy and safe place to work

 

 


Qualifications

To work as a store manager, you should have previous management/leadership experience plus the qualities below.

  • Experience as a Team manager / leader within a retail environment 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team
  • Customer focused
  • Self-motivated & Positive
  • Adaptable and Open minded
  • A genuine interest in others
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion, retail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
  • Understanding Sales KPIs and P&L 
  • Ability to work at South Gyeonggi Area (수지, 광교, 수원, 동탄, 안성 매장 가능자 우대)
