Trainer Korea

Taking direction from the Regional Education Manager, support the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across:

o The Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience” service model and intermediate artistry development

o Facilitate new launch NPD and Skincare Training

o Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Field Sales Managers and Field Training Managers adapting training based on the feedback from the wider team to ensure all educational content is impacting and driving KPI results.

o Accelerating high potential/high performance individuals using the development pathway and certification process

o Managing and addressing under-performance

Deliver the agreed training plan for the retailer within the defined timeframes reflecting the changing needs of the business via:

o Develop and design annual training plans and strategies for frontline employees, aligning with global guidelines, including product knowledge and soft skills.

o Regular, effective, and focused store visits with clear objectives, agreed KPIs and rigorous follow-up

o Conduct field coaching to the team, using direct and supportive feedback to help them achieve KPIs and to ensure knowledge and skills are applied in-store

o Prepare and provide training materials and manuals to manage classroom education.

Strategy and field training

o Feedback and contribute when necessary to regional retail evolutionary projects, working cross functionally to provide relevant customer insight.

o Leading by example on counter and online during all events, meetings, and trainings.

o Lead an in-store makeup show events and any targeted VIP events.

Requirements

-Strong retail field training experience (above +5 years) in cosmetics / luxury industry

-Strong managerial skills with ability to coach the teams.

-Exceptional presenting skills, training, coaching and communication skills.

-Strong Self-initiative and well organized

-Deep understanding of make-up and skincare to set an example of high artistry to the field team.
