HR Generalist

*This is a 1 year contract position (contract extension could be possible)

The Role: 

• Entegris is seeking a HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition specialist in Korea 

• This position will be responsible for staffing all positions in Korea Plant (Location Jang An & Oseong) and supporting regional HR projects and initiatives. 

• This position will be responsible for staffing all positions in manufacture sites (Jang An & Oseong) and HR matters 

• opportunities to candidates in all functions of the company. Strong phone skills are imperative to success. 

In this role you will: 

• Develop an understanding of our business and develop relationships with production hiring 

• Create strategic sourcing plans for all open positions that include reaching out to passive candidate pools; 

• Full life cycle recruiting: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, feedback and closing 

• Support with HR Matters and implement new HRIS project in manufacture sites 

• Work closely with business leaders and line managers to provide expert HR guidance on a variety of HR matters 

• Accurate tracking of all candidates in the process for the purpose of reporting and pipelining. 

• Campus Recruitment projects.. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• + 5 years of experience as HR generalist include recruiting in a high-tech manufacture environment prefer 

• Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental HR systems and processes.  

• Experienced working with corporate staffing in large and small companies 

• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and management in a matrix organization 

• Manufacturing line management experience desirable 

• Knowledge of chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries a plus
