Job Title: Engineer_Service Sales

Division: AIS (Industrial Technique Service / 산업 기술 서비스 사업부)

Business Line: SAS (Industrial Assembly Solution / 산업 접합 솔루션 제품 담당)

Reporting to: Business Line Manager_AIS

Location: Gwangmyeong

[Purpose of this Job]

Maximise the sale of service contracts and service solutions.Develop new customers, promote service products & solution and achieve sales revenue

[Duties&Responsibility]

Adhere to all Company policies, procedure, business ethics, and code on all sales activitiesPerform SWOT analysis for the service market including distributor’s customers, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.Plan and organize sales activities and visits to potential customers to develop the business.Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a one-to-one concept strategy.Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customersCooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction.Compile and submit monthly reports on service sales, lost orders and competition.Make report as per required by BLM on all sales related activities and market information Customer.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

[Qualification]

More than 2 year of experience in sales in industrial areaGood command of Korean and English, both written and spokenDegree in technical/engineering or business disciplineSelf-motivated and sense of urgencyGood of sales presentation, planning and organizational skillsHave an excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
