QA Specialist

As QA specialist, you will support to LOC Korea Quality manager and be responsible for all market quality activities to ensure compliance with local regulations and Haleon quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

· Market quality release including QC test result review and daily inbound/outbound quality oversight

· Product quality complaint management

· Reviews and approves non-conformance investigations and CAPAs in compliance with GxP requirements.

· Evaluate change control for impact and risk and support coordination of cross-functional implementation plans

· Supports GxP audit / inspection readiness activities

· Author/review SOP

· 3rd party quality oversight including Quality Agreement management.

· Oversight repacking documentation and activities

Requirements:

· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required (Major : Pharmacy preferred)

· Work experiences in key GxP environment (QC lab and production team) or work as a site auditor

· Inspector experience or work experience at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, laboratory/production site
· Pharmacist License required

· Fluency in Korean & English is required (both speaking & writing)

· Good technical writing skills

· Represent Quality in technical and/or other tactical cross-functional meetings

· Ability to identify opportunities for improvement

· Word, presentation, spreadsheet and excel skills
