Job Summary

:

Strategic marketing and business operations are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization while also driving strategic initiatives.

This role requires a combination of business operations expertise and strategic marketing knowledge to ensure seamless operations and successful market analysis.

Need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning: working closely with the organization’s leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

- Strategic marketing: conduct semiconductor industry market research to identify market trends and competitive landscape.

- Business cadence & decision support: support and create strategic reports or presentations for business cadences. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to help on important decisions.

- University Relations: act as a subject matter expert (SME) for university relations best practices, strategies, processes, and quality benchmarks. Partner with other teams for UR strategy.

- Project management: leading and managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and within established timelines.

- Operational efficiency: identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices.

- OPEX management: collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets including I&W, resources, and any other extra spending.

- Event management & Executive support : lead and collaborate with relevant teams on various Korea or SPG level events. Plan and execute, Provide administrative support for organizing meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficient in developing frameworks and creating visually compelling presentations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
