Requirements / Qualification

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as occupational health and safety (OH&S), industrial engineering, or a related discipline. Certification in safety-related programs such as the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act or equivalent. 3-5+ years of practical experience in OH&S management, preferably in a high-risk industry or construction environment. Familiarity with Korean safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Ability to lead and manage a team of safety professionals, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and supervision. Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines, at various levels, from shop floor to senior management, and cross-culturally.
