Hauptaufgaben

Serves as Supply Technician with responsibility for participating in planning, developing andcoordinating the overall operation of supply functions. Performs a variety of clerical and technicalsupply management work in the documentary and fiscal control of the requirement determination,requisitioning, receipt, issue, inventory, turn-in and shipment of all classes of supplies managed bythe Supply Support Activity (SSA), A Company, 194th Division Sustainment Support Battalion(DSSB), 2ID Division Support Brigade (DSB). The SSA is a full service supply activity that supports Army units stationed across Korea. Performs shipping and receiving operations external to the Supply Support Activity (SSA).Processes shipping documentation and schedules pick-up and delivery operations. Coordinatesshipping schedules with customer units and project managers. Ensures requests are processed within prescribed and established time periods. Reviews and analyzes various factors from the past usage experience and demands of usingelements and determines current and future supply requirements meet the forecasted needs. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

NOTE: 1. Relocation Allowance will NOT be authorized for the selectee from outside the commuting area. 2. Under the Yongsan Relocation Plan (YRP), individual moves of the selectee from Area II to other Areas will be authorized by the YRP moving services processes as stipulated in Civilian Human Resources Transformation Guidance. 3. Target grade of this position is KGS-7. If the position is filled at the lower grade than target grade, the incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to target grade upon satisfactory completion of the job requirements, recommendation by the supervisor, and subject to meeting time-in-grade and qualification requirements. 4. This position has been designated as KN EMERGENCY-ESSENTIAL (MISSION ESSENTIAL). KN EE (ME) Position Agreement Form (USFK Form 200EK) must be signed prior to appointment of the selectee for this position.
