:Your responsibilities:
You will be leading the project, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources in order to accomplish all project goals.
You will be providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects, ensuring compliance to contractual requirements, monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow and identifying, quantifying and managing project risks and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
You will be driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer all in accordance with the contract.
You will be ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements and coordinating with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.

Your background:
Technical Education, University Degree or above and major in Engineering with subject of Electrical or Mechanical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields.
More than 10 years of work experience in project management or sales engineering.
Preferring Field Service Work experience.
Solid experience of technical management of international teams incl. team motivation.
Analytical decision making and problem-solving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
Professional level ability with MS Office tools and experience in SAP.
Willing to travel domestic/oversea.
No VISA problem for overseas travel.
Fluent in Korean and English, both oral and written.
