We are looking for a Pressure Equipment Specialist Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Korea then KSA
Start Date: Q2 2024
Contract Duration: 3 years
Qualification and Experience Required:
The position requires to represent the Project on Pressure Equipment related matters with the below skills and knowledge.
Strong experience in Refining and Petrochemicals projects in the subject matter.Strong technical knowledge and experience of the discipline in international and American codes (NACE, API, ASME, ANSI, etc.), design, engineering, manufacturing (10-15+ years) in similar positionsTechnical knowledge in metallurgy, corrosion and weldingKnowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.Experience in EPC phase of projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East.Experience in integrated projects and Joint Venture organizations.Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner under time pressureExcellent interpersonnel skills, rigor, and analytical mind.Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, Authorities, industrial Investors, nearby Industries, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.).Knowledge of the company technical referentials is a plus.Good oral and written communication abilities and good writing skills in the English languageActivities
For the discipline and the interfaces between disciplines, to:
Provide internal and external technical supports and expertises to the packages and Company entities,Respond the technical queries raised or transmitted to ECT by the packages or Company entities,Evaluate the requests for waiver/deviation/derogation, issue the corresponding recommendations/conditions, and follow the corresponding close-out,Assist the packages and the Company entities in Non Conformity Resolution activities,Support, assist and highlight the Engineering Manager in coordinating/communicating various issues that affect the engineering, safety, and regulatory compliances of the design, procurement, construction work, commissioning, start-up and operation activities. Follow up the corresponding close-out,Support and assist the Engineering Manager in coordinating/communicating various matters to achieve homogeneouness and consistencies of design philosophies within the project scope. Follow up the corresponding close-out,Provide support to the interface group and to packages for what concerns construction methodologies, activities and issues,audit on continuous basis the technical documentation and queries issued by packages, Company entities, Vendors, Third Parties and Contractors towards the applications and compliances of the project technical referential, Statement Of Requirement, contract, regulations, job/duty/scope documents, etc. Follow the corresponding close-out,Carry out and participate to project and shareholders internal and external general reviews and audits. Follow the corresponding close-out,Provide inputs, as necessary and appropriate, to process, engineering and operation internal and external workshops and reviews (PI&D, value Engineering, material selection, 3D model, criticality assessments, risk analyses and assessments, operating procedures, ...),Support the project Management of Change and the Scope Change activities,Coordinate, interface and collaborate with the other ECT disciplines, Company Entities and package engineering Teams,Support the Engineering Manager for the application of the project HSE plan and the reporting activities,Carry out the project technical referential updating before the installations handover,Manage and follow the eligible technical matters established by the project engineering and operation discipline organization to be applied for the project during FEED and EPCC project phases.Technical back-up of other PMT engineers, with participation to review of technical document documentation issued by EPC Contractors.If Interested Kindly apply.
