Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a committed and meticulous Quality talent to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer facing quality processes, including timely and professional replies to customer requests, hosting audits, and managing quality agreements and supplier questionnaires. Connect with customers with exceptional care.

  • Maintain and ensure the use of the latest version of quality documents and manage quality records.

  • Monitor internal quality compliance levels and daily quality performance.

  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and relevant data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in customer advocacy practices.

  • Prepare the site for random audits of the Quality System by MFDS.

  • Manage GSP for domestic sales business and review products to meet MFDS requirements for medical devices and IVD.

  • Maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with MFDS, other regulatory, and internal requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards and obtain approval according to ISO 13485.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or customer advocacy.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of MFDS regulations and ISO 13485 standards is preferred.
