What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and improve standard process for Korea related to program and process management in compliance to organization standards and tools Review operational processes and identify gaps for process improvement by maximizing the use of existing systems and technologies in the most effective way Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative approaches to continuously improve the end customer experience and drive change within our business Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture business requirements and desired process outcomes Support development and delivery of a continuous education program to support key stakeholders across the network and implement best practice operational processes Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to assure projects meet deadlines Conduct assessment of quality related activities/non-conformances on local level and report to local management Provide responses to client questionnaires and coordinate client audits in cooperation with country management and quality supervisor Coordinate the preparation of audit response and follow up on audit observations or findings Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed Assist the Operation and CS managers in developing, planning and coordinating operational activities Performs any Quality and Process related duties as assignedEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years related experiences Diploma/Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and educationREPORTS DIRECTLY TO:
Korea country manager
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, verbal and written A strong customer service focus and mindset Learning quickly and be adaptable Basic understanding of Quality Management processes ( ISO 9001) Fluency in local language and adequate English skills (Written and speaking) Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software’s, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Prioritizes and manages multiple responsibilities at once Works to deadlines, completes tasks on time Willingness to work in a team environment and demonstrates a co-operative approach to co-workers Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information Skilled in all aspects of planning and project management/Able to take an idea from concept to completion
