We are looking for an experienced QA expert for EA Korea located in Seoul. You will have solid experience driving qualities with in-depth understanding of software design and integration and you will identify quality issues and bugs as early as possible in the development cycle. Also, we require test strategies and experience which challenge the software to ensure a very high level of quality. You will report to our Development Manager.
Role Overview
Partner with EA Korea QA/QE, Development teams to guarantee successful product development & service in high quality. Lead basic QA execution for software quality throughout the game development cycle with advanced way. Join design review & feedback Implement quality/risk prediction and lead mitigation early stage. Implement bug detection/tracking/resolution with maximized efficiency. Process improvement with lesson learned retrospective analysis. Guide a variety of testing types across multiple features – pre-integration build verification, contents testing, requirements testing, and ad-hoc testing and regression testing. Drive test automation with QV, QE, development partners and extend test coverage with optimized efficiency. Implement way to improve Player's Experiential Quality while analyzing user perspective game, quality, development data with visibility.Qualifications
We expect 3+ years of professional working experience in a production or quality-driven role.

Knowledge of technical writing concepts and experience an asset. Build strong relationships with development teams and execute a development QA support strategy during development. Ability to understand QAs involvement throughout the development cycle and lead actively. Understands the value of automated testing and knows how to appropriately approach usage. Able to collect and transcribe quantitative data in forming risk assessments, generating solutions and raise to applicable partners.
