The Regional Market Ready Solutio (MRS) 3PM Manager operates in a highly competitive and fast paced and relatively mature markets. A key element of success will be the ability to manage on time in full supplies from 3rd Party Manufacturing sites, drive the MRS projects with internal and external stakeholders & ensure the projects are launched as per timelines for our Health Nutrition & Care business.

Your key responsibilities

Drive the Demand and Supply discussions internally & with respective 3PMs. Ensure Production, Scheduling and Material Management for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured products Manage on time in full supplies for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured Products Drive the new projects development internally & with 3PMs from RFQ to launch with all/ assigned Contract Manufacturers Responsible for coordination of starting up and phasing out Contract Manufacturer/Toller or a product at Contract Manufacturer/Toller. Assure the reporting and yearly evaluation of performance against assigned KPIs targets of 3PMs, analyzing deviations and taking corrective and preventive measures. Support QA teams in Review of Quality Management Systems at Contract Manufacturers/Tollers in order to ensure that all products that are released are safe, comply to specification, meet applicable legislation and comply with dsm-firmenich QA standards and processes.

You bring

Bachelor or Master’s degree qualification, minimum 5-year experience in external manufacturing/ supply chain/tolling or purchasing. Experience in Food/ Nutraceuticals/ Dietary Supplement/ Pharma Industry, knowledge of External manufacturing tolling landscape. Possess influencing, negotiation/commercial and ability to work (if needed lead) in a multi-disciplinary team in project management. A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives. A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
