The job holder provides local expertise in their specific field of expertise in which they are familiar both with MaterialScience New standard relevant HR processes and the local needs, demands and specificities.
1.Support the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the local legal entity or at the specific site organization and strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind.
2.Support the local roll out of strategies, policies and standards as defined by the Center of Expertise and the relevant GPO.
3.Monitor and report local performance and spending.
4.Supports labour law/litigation in close collaboration with the Head of HR for the country/country group and Law and Patents ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company rules.
5.Contribute for all employee relations and relationships with Union/Works Councils representatives at the local, regional and national level related to their specific local legal entity or at the specific site and in doing so ensures full compliance with applicable employment legislations.
6.Provide relevant information to the local HR Head to acquaint and support them with newly implemented strategies, policies, tools and standards.
7.Track constantly feedback out of the business regarding the relevant given field of expertise and make process optimization/improvement proposals to the relevant Center of Expertise and GPO.
8.Constantly track industry and local HR legislative trends and business needs and instigate and lead initiatives to adopt policies and standards to changing needs.
9.Have an overview about HR processes, changes, project requests and developments within a country and support in administration as needed.
10.Implement and drive reporting procedures to meet company requirements; analyze reporting results and identify necessary actions.
11.Provide access to state-of-the-art external expertise in its field of profession; support a positive recognition of MS New as “on the leading-edge”.
12.Communicate policies, procedures and processes, as appropriate and perform necessary transactions and administrative support

[자격요건]
Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources
English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form
Several years of commercial practice and work experience within the HR Community and within project management
Detailed knowledge of the global organizational structures of the MS New
Detailed IT knowledge and a deep understanding of the own HR process
Deep expertise of local norms and laws related to HR administrative processes
Experienced in multidisciplinary project- and corresponding change management.
