About the Job :

HR generalist are key roles within organizations that support or lead activities that drive and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This role focuses on fostering shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that align with the company's mission and vision.

HR generalists work closely with management, HR, and employees to create an environment that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.

In addition, she/he will grow as he or she gains a variety of experience, supporting C&B 

About the role:

Culture Development: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a strong organizational culture that reflects the company's values and objectives. This involves creating programs, initiatives, and policies that promote employee well-being, diversity and inclusion. Employee Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to design and execute engagement activities and events that foster team spirit, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. These initiatives may include team-building exercises, recognition programs, social events, and community involvement. Internal Communications: Act as a champion for effective internal communications by developing and delivering engaging messages that convey the organization's vision, values, and goals. This includes utilizing multiple channels, such as newsletters, intranet, social media, and town hall meetings, to ensure employees are informed and connected. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of change management plans. This involves identifying potential areas of resistance, developing communication strategies, and providing guidance to employees and leaders throughout the change process. Metrics and Analytics: Implement and optimize human resources policies by providing HR services, including employment processing, contract management, employee relations, and employee data management. Leadership Team Support: Coordinate Leadership Team meetings in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in driving culture change initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. Understanding of employee engagement, and organizational culture change. Good reasoning ability & Sound judgment Strong project management, time management and communication skills required. Good oral and written communication skills Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information Self-motivated, self-starter and a team player High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Results oriented, but have sound judgment—ability to balance other business considerations. Service oriented, but assertive/persuasive
