Account Servicing (50%)
Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposalsFollow up on converting and extending quotationsKeeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each relationshipRegularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshareEffectively increase revenue from existing clientsEstablish long-term support contractsLeverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the accountCompany introduction to new Leads50% Project & Product Management
Determine & document project scope with CustomersManage Customer Interaction and Change ManagementFollow up on Customer / Student FeedbackIdentify and contract required partners for service deliveryManage projects/events at locationDevelop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and servicesIdentify Partner for strategic / scalable growthConsolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each projectFollow up with product development team on product improvementsYour Potential Profile
Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycleGreat communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clientsAbility to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customerHighly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skillsPrior experience with preparing complex quotations & contractsResult- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIsPlease find some basic information about our world-class Career Development Program:
