What You'll Do
BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Insurance team based in BCG Korea Seoul Office.
As a core member affiliated to BCG's Insurance Practice, you will:

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work alongside case team members and with clients, drawing on their business knowledge to help drive analysis. As you acquire successful experience on projects and assignments, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project work streams. We're looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have: Approximately 3-7 years work experience in leading insurance companies and reinsurance companies with knowledge across multiple insurance topics such as business management(income statement analysis), finance, actuarial and ALM/asset management.or work experience in actuarial consulting or insurance consultingA solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business A consulting skillset: creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically, good numerical skillsTeam player, open and positive in a group dynamicActuarial certification is preferred but not mandatoryExcellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken Korean (Native)Strong proficiency in English is highly valued
