Role Overview
- We are looking for top-notch Procurement and Sourcing professionals to join our Global Procurement team. This role involves managing operational and strategic sourcing services to reduce costs and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- We need someone who can take charge, coach others, and bring industry expertise in both Indirect and Direct categories.
- You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Technology Procurement, and collaborate with teams locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop vision, strategies, and objectives for Category Management to meet business and procurement goals, specifically in Technology categories.
- Lead initiatives and operations for sourcing and procurement activities in your assigned categories.
- Handle complex engagements, negotiations, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Play a key role in procurement activities such as RFx development, SOW drafting, and contract negotiations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and oversee supplier performance management initiatives.
- Report on procurement metrics and recommend enhancements.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or Advanced Certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of Procurement/Sourcing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation skills and understanding of cost drivers.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
