Staff Product Designer는 빠르게 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에서 고객의 문제를 해결하기 위해 2~5명의 다른 디자이너 분들을 이끌며 Design Thinking을 바탕으로 Ideation부터 최종 개발 단계까지, 프로덕트 제작의 전 과정을 책임집니다. 사용자 시나리오, 사용자 여정, 와이어 프레임, UI 디자인과 프로토타입을 능숙하게 제작할 수 있으며, 비즈니스 요구 사항을 이해하고, 정성적, 정량적 데이터를 근거로 활용하여 디자인의 방향성을 제시할 수 있습니다. 이를 이루어 내기 위해 개발 조직, PM(Product Manager), 마케팅, 법무, 인사 등 다양한 팀과의 업무를 조율하게 됩니다. 나아가 비즈니스가 성장하는데 있어 필요한 크고 작은 프로젝트와 전략에 기여하며, 팀 문화 형성과 프로세스 수립을 주도합니다.

자격요건
그래픽 디자인, 인터랙션 디자인, 산업 디자인, HCI, 컴퓨터 공학, 심리학 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 경력을 보유하신 분
타이포그라피, 인터랙션 디자인, 시각 디자인 및 사용자 연구를 잘 보여주는 우수한 포트폴리오
피그마, 스케치, 제플린, 어도비 등 디자인툴을 능숙하게 사용하는 능력을 보유하신 분
8년 이상의 프로덕트 디자인 경력을 보유하신 분
팀 단위의 프로젝트를 통해 다른 디자이너들을 이끄신 경험을 보유하신 분
프로젝트의 전체적인 전략을 세우고 결과물의 근거를 만든 경험을 보유시하신 분
커뮤니케이션과 스토리텔링 능력이 우수하신 분
