팀 소개
FC & Transportation 팀의 프로덕트(UX/UI) 디자이너로서 쿠팡에서 상품이 고객에게 전달되기까지 FC(Fulfillment Center), Delivery 서비스의 사용자 경험을 디자인합니다.
UX 리서치, 디자인 씽킹, 디자인 시스템에 대한 깊은 지식과 경험을 토대로 프로덕트 오너, 엔지니어, 운영팀 및 다른 디자이너와 협력하여 쿠팡에서 가장 복잡한 운영 시스템을 설계합니다.
쿠팡의 웹 및 모바일 서비스의 계획 및 개발 전반에 걸쳐 설계 프로세스를 주도하게 될 것입니다. 화면에 표시된 것 이상으로 물리적 환경, 건물 레이아웃, 장비, 작업자 프로세스 등 쿠팡의 물류, 배송 작업 방식에 영향을 미치는 모든 것을 아우르고자 하는 프로덕트 디자이너를 찾고 있습니다. 프로덕트 디자인 경험을 활용하여 쿠팡의 내부 및 외부 고객 모두에게 최고의 물류 경험을 안겨줄 수 있는 인재를 찾고 있습니다.
주요업무
• 사용자(운영자, 작업자)의 pain point 를 분석하여 UX 우선 순위와 솔루션을 제시
• 효율적인 리소스 운영과 리서치 설계에 대한 방안을 제시
• 기존 서비스의 문제점을 발굴하고 분석하여 개선 방향을 제시
• 신규 기능 및 서비스에 대한 전략적 설계 및 사용자 경험 관련 의사 결정
• 테스트 및 반복을 통한 사용성 중심의 개선 방향 제시
자격요건
• 최소 2 년 이상의 프로덕트 디자인(UX/UI) 경험
• 리서치, 목업, 프로토타입, 프레젠테이션, 업무 프로세스까지 제작하는 능력
우대사항
• B2B 설계 경험
• 추상적인 아이디어를 구체적인 디자인으로 발전시키는 능력
• PO 및 엔지니어와 협업하며 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있는 능력
• 제한된 시간/리소스안에서 효율적인 플래닝을 할 수 있는 능력
