IT Global Business Partner

Join The Boeing Company's Information Technology and Data Analytics (IT&DA) team as a Senior IT Global Business Partner. This role will be responsible for provisioning business-focused IT services and solutions in partnership with local and global IT teams to all global customers.
About the Role- Understand business needs, document requirements, and translate into functional specifications.
- Establish priorities, collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure delivery of IT products and services to support business growth.
- Accountable for delivery of IT&DA products and services to regional stakeholders.
- Identify available solutions, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and provide recommendations.
- Secure resource alignment, ensure solution development and implementation.
- Engage with third parties/suppliers, provide oversight to deliverables, and ensure governance to SLAs.
- Support change management, ensure sign-off by the customer against acceptance criteria.
- Report and communicate status of IT activities/initiatives/projects to regional stakeholders.
- Project manage when needed to deliver capabilities to stakeholders.
- Risk management, create and track mitigation/contingency plans to completion.
- Contribute to service improvement activities within the IT organization.
- Maintain alignment with other enterprise functions, IT business partners, and IT&DA teams.
- Support long-range business planning/forecasting in conjunction with business and other IT stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and typically 7 or more years' relevant work experience.
- Multi-year experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience working in a global environment, ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally.
- Effective influencing skills working with managers and leadership.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- ITIL and Project Management knowledge/experience desired.
- Working in a regional/international team, with experience contributing and rolling out globally developed strategy, projects, and solutions.
- Organization skills to effectively work in a cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements.
- Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen.
