Job Description
- 신규 인프라 구축 프로젝트(New, Relocation, Renovation등)의 On-time delivery 달성을 위해 제반 활동과 자원을 기획/실행 및 관리
- 신규 인프라 구축 프로젝트 New/ Relocation/ Renovation을 위한 제반활동과 자원을 기획 / 실행 및 관리
- 프로젝트의 Business 요구사항을 바탕으로 프로젝트 착수
- 프로젝트의 초기 디자인/요구사항 분석 및 전체 실행계획 수립 및 진척도 확인
- 유관부서와 협력업체들과 주어진 자원내에서 일정 조정, 통합 관리하여 Delivery 목표 달성
- 프로젝트 범위를 정의하고 결과물 정의 및 달성 관리
- 프로젝트 내의 모든 Tasks의 일정 기획/통제 및 진도 관리
- 한정된 공간/자원내에서 복잡한 아이템들의 일정을 단축시키기 위해 일정관리기법을 활용하여 Target delivery 달성
- 프로젝트 비용 추산 및 예산 책정 등 예산 기획 및 원가 관리
- 설정된 예산 내에서 프로젝트를 유지하도록 관리
- 지속적인 예산집행 확인 및 예산 초과를 방지하기 위한 사전대비 진행
- 프로젝트의 Tasks들이 요구되는 품질로 완료하기 위한 상황 모니터링 및 통제관리
- 계획된 throughput을 확보하기 위한 정부 정책 및 쿠팡 내부 지침 준수
- 프로젝트 위험 분석 및 이슈 관리
- 프로젝트 과정 중 잠재적 위험 식별, 평가 및 해결
- 이슈 발생 시 위험 최소화 및 문제 해결 주도
Requirements
- 학사 이상의 학위를 보유하신 분 (물류/건축/산업공학 등 관련 전공 우대)
- Project Management 경험을 보유하신 분
- 우대사항
- 물류센터 또는 제조시설 구축 경험을 보유하신 분
- 물류사업 이해를 바탕으로 프로세스 및 데이터 분석 기반의 Innovation 수행 경험을 보유하신 분 (Industrial Engineering)
- 높은 MS Office 활용 능력을 보유하신 분
- 비즈니스 영어 활용이 가능하신 분
- 시뮬레이션 툴 활용이 가능하신 분
