We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business growth in Cartier Korea. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will collaborate with management and employees to align business objectives, provide comprehensive HR support, and contribute to the achievement of business goals. Key responsibilities include business partnering, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, talent development, initiative implementation, HR metrics and reporting, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Korean, and strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. They will be responsible for leading and managing local HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role requires strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
