Reports to General Manager Korea (functionally reports to Senior MD Manager, China & Asia Pacific)
Job Summary
Report to the General Manager Korea, to manage merchandising process with close collaboration with Regional and Central Merchandising team
Main Responsibilities:
Set merchandising strategies and OTB plans Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies Monitor inventory, delivery, and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained across all categories Responsible for stock rebalancing aligned with store demand and recent sales trend Monitor and analyze sales and sell-through of all categories including SO and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales Take care of mark-down/mark-up and merchandise related issues for seasonal sale periods Maintain knowledge of market trends including competitors' product strategies and performance Communicate effectively with HQ team to provide products feedback and suggestions (RTS & SO) based on in-depth understanding of the market trend Work closely with Retail team to develop merchandising mix and maximize sales performance Collaborate with a trainer on seasonal product training, SO training, and fashion trend update to the team Partner closely with Communications / CRM department on promotional programs Support stock arrangement for events Qualifications & Experience: Degree holder Minimum 7 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in high-end fashion Excellent understanding of the entire buying and merchandising process Analytical, attention to details with high level of accuracy, a strong team player Take initiative and ownership, structured and organized, energetic and self-motivated Able to react quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to meet business needs Able to adapt to fast paced and changing environment Excellent communication skills in English and Korean High level of financial and business acumen이 분야와 관련된 다른 현재 채용공고는 아래에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
