Let's talk about Responsibilities
Maintain effective relationships with Hospitals/Clinics to maximize our sales coverage for our Sleep & Respiratory Care portfolio throughout South Korea and secure increased business/sales in line with growth expectations
Being responsible for the sales goals to achieve quarterly and annual quota
Maintain Operational Excellence with highly performed and efficient workforce in Homecare team
Develop and maintain strong relationship with KOL covering our long-term business portfolio.
Prepare periodic Homecare business planning reports & forecasts with Finance partner as required
Manage people to resolve any issues and problems faced by patients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Develop trust relationships with a visionary portfolio of KOLs to ensure they influence sleep markets turning toward ResMed with loyalty
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in the field in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Be the market expert on all aspects of the Sleep, Respiratory Care and Marketing channel, including leading the development of strategic initiatives for the Korea
Be accountable for long term strategic Homecare sales planning in a collaborative manner with Marketing, FBP and Korea leadership team
Improve brand awareness and profitability by creating more unique business opportunities across various online & offline channels.
Follow up any government regulatory business and support in any tender matters
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form Homecare strategies
Lead the development and execution of specific strategic projects by promoting team to provide field support/training for both internal and external partners when necessary
Monitor Competitive activities and bring it to the leadership tables when necessary.
Travel required (approximately 20-30% of the time), to ensure maximizing business opportunities in local areas.
Deliver transformational leadership so that team is highly motivated and engaged. Be an inspirational role model by challenging and maximizing the strength of the team and aligning their efforts to the mission and vision of the organization.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Previous commercial experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-years college or university and a minimum of 15 years successful at the business to business sales
Demonstrated strong strategic and maket analytical skills
Proven experience as Senior Territory/Regional Manager or similar position
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Must reside in Korea and being able to travel within territory minimum of 50% of time
Clinical and Technical capabilities for handling and understanding the ResMed portfolio
Fluent in English
Have a good digital commerce knowledge is a plus
