Position Overview

Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of BD and BD Managers to assist them in their efforts to proactively expand business development opportunities and to maintain clients' satisfaction. Build and maintain strong working relationships with associates by gaining knowledge of our business and use effective listening skills to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

Assist tasks relevant to any Business Development and Customer Service. Ensure to complete tasks in a timely, efficient, professional and client focused manner Ensure compliance with RGA Korea’s Customer Service Standards Policy as it affects, Telephone answering, Replying to client and inter-departmental emails Follow-up CRM as guided by corporate guideline Perform advanced secretarial and administrative support the Head of Marketing, Head of BD and BD Managers. (such as expense filing, meeting schedule assist, etc.) Translation of documents into Korean or English Support to quarterly service report (BD,Admin,and Pricing) Coordinate various client related events Assist managing anniversaries of key clients like sending cards or flowers Coordinating sales pitch log / client management log Organize BD study sessions Supporting on RGA connect site (especially, BD function site) Supporting on BD contract (MOU, LOI, SRF) As a member of Secretarial Office and Event Planning team, support and be responsible for the coordination of company events. Other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Korean. Customer service or secretarial experience is preferred. Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook experience Ability to keep and make good relationship is required.
