About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and operating delivery routes, managing logistics operations, and analyzing data to improve efficiency.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • System utilization for truck dispatch and communication with relevant departments (FC, HUB, CAMP partners, etc.)
    • Transportation service status analysis and collaboration to improve (LOS: level of service)
    • Transportation partner and route management, as well as operational tasks
    • Establishing initiatives for center-to-center transportation, improving operational processes, and communication
  • Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management
    • Ability to plan, operate, and manage logistics processes, as well as manage indicators
    • Experience with TMS, BMS, WMS development or system utilization
    • Ability to analyze data using tools and communicate with relevant departments
    • Availability for regular working hours, with the possibility of seasonal replacement
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industries
    • Relevant academic background in transportation or supply chain management
    • Experience in reporting KPIs to top management (at least 2 years)
    • Excellent communication skills and basic English proficiency
    • Advanced computer skills, including data management and analysis, and SQL utilization
