We drive TikTok's content ecosystem by fostering innovation, growth, and digitalization through close collaboration with external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with local publishers and creators, providing strategic recommendations to optimize content and foster business growth. Align strategies with regional teams and cultivate key partnerships.
- Content Acquisition & Diversification: Secure and onboard new partners to enhance content diversity and negotiate partnerships that enrich the platform's ecosystem
- Product Adoption & Monetization:
Functional Collaboration:
Support business reviews, performance metrics, and goal setting. Collaborate on promotional programs and local activations.
- Local Market Expertise: Provide market insights, track trends, and support initiatives that promote local content and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner or creator management, content acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape, monetization strategies, and product adoption techniques.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with partners, from local publishers to creators, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive business decisions and strategy adaptation.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in a media, tech, or contentdriven environment.
- Understanding of both publisher and creator ecosystems, including content acquisition, performance metrics, and engagement strategies.
