Manufacturing Process Specialist operates as an established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Provides support for internal teams in the Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations function. Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. Responsibilities include completing tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations unit, adhering to standard operating procedures to support initiatives and project plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process through trend analysis and continuous review of all operations. Maintains front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues to efficiently manage project tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations and procedures. Requirements include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-related major or equivalent, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
