Talent Development Manager

This position is for responsible for training and professional development of our employees aligned with business strategy, implement training roadmaps, enhance our learning culture for the growing organization, support all aspects of talent management from onboarding, talent development, performance and succession planning.
[Key Responsibilities]
Work closely with business leaders to identify organizational training needs in line with the company strategies Manage end to end learning & development initiatives including ones from LVMH group Design and deliver development programs to accelerate learnings including onboarding, performance management, change management and communication Manage performance management process to managers Conduct mandatory training programs for employees and track for record in required format Manage talent programs for prospects including internship, partnership programs, mentoring programs and campus talk to nurture future talents Ensure all initiatives are focused on improving organizational capabilities and work on succession planning with management team Closely work with HR team to develop creative sourcing strategies to build the market prospects Lead and drive employee relevant events including CSR programs Work with HR and management team to identify high potentials and secure nominations for talent programs Responsible for collating feedback and KPIs to measure success in programs Lead Diversity & Inclusion programs for Korea marketProfile Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline preferred Over 10 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus in learning and talent management Experience in training design, content development, vendor management and program delivery Experience in facilitating training, organizing and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal, counselling and communication skills, social and interpersonal skills Good commend of written and spoken English and Korean Luxury industry experience is preferred
