Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
HR Shared 
?HR operation: Manage the day to day HR service in Korea to provide cost effective and efficient HR solutions, ensure high level of daily employee services and HR program implementation in the organization, ensure processes and policies are implemented accordingly to our values and foundation accordingly.
?Resourcing & Recruitment: Provide successful resourcing solutions, ensure quality of staffing to meet resource requirements of the business. Conduct interviews and assessments, provide professional comments to assist to make hiring decisions.
?Employee & Industrial Relations: Manage delivery of successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, act as a consultant to the employee relations issues based on local employment rules & regulations. Ensure the labour law compliance is strictly adhered in all HR aspects.
?Talent, Learning & Development: To act as a local Talent Manager in rolling out the corporate Talent Management program, create talent pipeline and to identify the development needs of the talents; facilitate development and training programs according to the business needs.
?Reward and Recognition: Responsible for recommending, implementing and communicating Compensation & Benefits policies and processes. Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation. Ensure delivery of accurate and timely Payroll and benefit services for employees, Provide daily consultancy to managers and staff on the C&B policies, regulations.
Business Partnering:
?Business Partnering: To be the HR partner to the General Manager and Regional HRBP of respective sectors by aligning HR strategies to the business strategies and to drive effective HR practices within Korea Organization to enable the business units to achieve the desired results/performance.
?Shares the responsibility of the overall business delivery with line mgmt.
?Improves performance and people engagement through goal alignment, communication and regular feedback
?Provides leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provides solutions to the business management on people and organizational effectiveness (translate long term strategic and short term operational challenges into people related plans and actions to deliver on the objectives)
?Leads and manages the people plan related agenda implementation in his/her business area (leads the execution of the plans and actions above)
?Proactively drives the HR processes in his/her business unit/-s
?Coach, challenge and support managers and key employees on their role in people related processes
?Liaise with business unit Unions and Works Councils, in delivering information, consultations and negotiations as required by the business
?Acts as the key HR representative within the BU
