팀 소개
물류센터 운영을 위한 각종 시설물 설비를 설치 운영하는 부서로써, Automation 팀, PPT팀(건축/전기/기계), FM팀으로 구성되어 있습니다.
업무 내용
물류센터 전기 시설물 시공관리(전기설계, 공사발주, 공사관리)
보수, 개조, 대수선 시공관리 감독 및 공사계획서 작성
전기 시설물 수리 및 설치 활동 계획 및 감독
유지 보수를 위한 비용 모니터링 및 예산 관리
계약자 및 서비스 제공업체와의 관계 관리
자격 요건
15년 이상의 전기 관련 업무 경력자.(반드시 5년이상의 시공관리 업무 포함)
10년이상의 현장시공 혹은 관련 프로젝트 관리 경험(설계, CM 등)
건축물의 전기 시설물에 대한 지식 보유자
전기 시공 업체 관리감독 가능자
건설 관리 프로세스, 수단 및 방법에 대한 고급 지식 보유자
출장 가능하신 분
우대 사항
전기관련 자격증 소지
Auto CAD, Excel. Power Point 사용 가능하신 분
의사소통이 원활, 책임감이 강하고, 적극적이고 긍정적 마인드를 보유하신 분
MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook 및 MS Project에 능숙하신 분.
