Korea is a key growth market for our organization with an aspiration to expand over the next three years by accelerating penetration in existing customer segments and expanding into adjacent markets. Given Korea's growth ambitions, we are seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to optimize business development, identify growth opportunities, project manage, and drive commercial success in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role will report directly to the Regional Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer.

Job Description
- Collaborate with the Regional CSMO to execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of prioritized Korea-wide projects, particularly Strategic Key Accounts (SKAs), and ensure PMO rigor using best-in-class project management frameworks to drive commercial performance.
- Engage laterally across the region and sub-regional leadership to maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensure outcomes.
- Identify consolidated drivers of strength and weakness in the market, competitive intelligence/competitor strategies/actions, and underlying secular themes to explain commercial performance and areas for targeting counter-measures.
- Consolidate commercial market metrics, working in tandem with the ITO, OTR, and Com Ops teams to ensure consistency of actual and forecasted performance of commercial metrics.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-6+ years' experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or a related field.
- Leadership skills – capable of leading teams and shaping business strategies.
- Project management skills – capable of orchestrating large-scale complex projects across multiple countries on time and on budget.
- Familiarity with ROMI, ROI, IRR, portfolio-based waterfall payouts, and other advanced financial metrics.
- Masterful ability with PowerPoint.
- Being a complete self-starter. Being able to work independently and not delegate tasks to others.
- Team-oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical and process skills.
