We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success and accelerate business value through differentiated experiences that leverage Microsoft's products and services.

As a key partner for our strategic customers, you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery and support orchestration across the Microsoft ecosystem to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.

With your technical expertise, business acumen, and industry perspectives, you will empower customers to achieve more by accelerating their value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms.

You will be part of a dynamic team that helps our customers succeed in making their strategic and transformational cloud projects real. Check out the role below for more details:

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end post sales solutions to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their journey
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting customer expectations
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
