The Enterprise Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. As a critical member of the support organization, this position involves planning and overseeing comprehensive support activities for company products and services.
This technical opportunity is centered around delivering exceptional customer-centric support. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise, communication skills, and escalation management abilities to provide proactive, preventative, and reactive support services.
This role is instrumental in furthering the partner relationship and driving sales growth through coordinated support activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized service solutions.
- Provide expertise in areas such as centralized support management and customized proactive care.
- Ensure effective communication with customers, Sales Teams, and Support Center representatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English are mandatory.
- Proficiency in other languages is highly welcome.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in escalation management and conflict resolution.
- Good technical understanding of Storage and/or Virtualization and/or Network Technology.
- Frequent visits to client domestic sites.
- Opportunity to coach new hires and mentor junior team members.
- Participation in cross-functional teams and ability to influence organizational decisions.
- Typically requires 8-12 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education/training/certifications and work experience.
- Work experience in a technical Customer Success role is desired.
