As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and delivering innovative IT solutions to enterprise clients.
This role requires collaboration with sales teams and customers to provide expert technical advice on IT solutions. You will lead Proof of Concept (POC) and benchmarking tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to provide expert technical advice on IT solutions.
- POC & Benchmarking: Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and benchmarking tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
- Solution Strategy: Guide enterprise account teams on designing and proposing tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Customer Success: Troubleshoot and resolve technical performance issues to exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Strong background in storage solutions and knowledge of emerging IT trends, including public cloud, AI, and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Proven interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships and deliver value.
- Account management and project management experience to drive success in complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT, infrastructure, or solutions engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
