We're looking for a seasoned business development expert to spearhead our client engagement efforts. As Principal Client Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive design wins to revenue at select target clients utilizing our Client Engagement Process.
  • Employ insight-driven consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry and position Microchip's solutions as the best choice.
  • Maintain and grow the company's relationship with assigned clients, fostering a collaborative environment that yields mutual success.
  • Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip's solutions within their organization.
  • Contribute to a global team environment, developing and implementing sales strategies across clients' divisions and geographical locations.
  • Communicate effectively with product divisions, providing quantifiable feedback and ROI analysis on investments in clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of ten years' relevant work experience.
